Work Environment\n

Our remote telehealth facility offers therapists the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of their homes while maintaining meaningful connections with clients. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the specific needs of each patient, utilizing standard assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, adapting methods based on patient progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
