Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Counselor will embrace a range of responsibilities critical to the health and recovery of our clients:

• Maintain meticulous compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, adhering to the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Organize daily tasks and prioritize patient needs, focusing on new, ongoing, or transitioning cases to ensure optimal care delivery.

• Provide social work consultations to patients and families, addressing crises, bereavement, and offering varied treatment modalities.

• Advocate on behalf of patients and families, ensuring effective communication between all involved parties to solve issues proactively.

• Identify at-risk patients for potential delays or complications in care, coordinating with the healthcare team to find timely and appropriate interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
