Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs and strengths, followed by developing customized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and collective wellness, focusing on common conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric physicians and a variety of mental health professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.

• Respond promptly to urgent mental health needs through crisis intervention services, ensuring that clients receive timely support during emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and local resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress.

• Engage in regular case consultations and departmental meetings to share insights and strategies with colleagues, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our services.

• Stay informed of the latest research advancements and best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Your role is vital in creating a safe, understanding, and supportive environment that encourages healing and growth for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A strong working knowledge of various mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven capability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop practical treatment options.
\n
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a wide range of demographics.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to connect with clients.
\n
• Ethical judgment and adherence to professional standards of practice.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and other relevant technology tools to manage client information efficiently.

• A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
