Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical intuition to identify specific needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing support and guidance tailored to the client's circumstances and strengths.

• Host psychoeducational groups to enhance community support and understanding of common mental health issues, fostering a shared sense of belonging among participants.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive treatment approach and provide comprehensive care for patients.

• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring patient safety and timely supports.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Our patients come from different backgrounds and age groups, creating a rich tapestry of experience that enhances learning and growth for both therapists and clients. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
