Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health conditions, treatment methods, and a commitment to culturally responsive care.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy with a focus on the tenets of cultural competence and inclusivity.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually.
