Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a close-knit, supportive community of professionals committed to mental health care. Your standard work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. You will have access to the necessary technological tools and a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) system, enabling you to deliver seamless care from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to empower their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and experience implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
