The role is designed to be conducted remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured support system from our outpatient office in Plano, Texas. The working hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and create tailored treatment plans that facilitate optimal healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Proven track record in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

We require a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations. Experience in crisis intervention, psychoeducational programming, and working within a multidisciplinary team is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
