Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive preliminary interviews to identify clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs, accompanied by detailed documentation from the initial consultation through treatment conclusion.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health status by utilizing appropriate assessment tools and methodologies.

• Design individualized intervention and recovery plans that cater to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and various group contexts.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open communication and personal growth.

• Monitor and document clients' progress diligently throughout their treatment plans to ensure evidenced-based modifications as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers, physicians, and psychiatric specialists, to develop integrated intervention strategies for complex cases.

• Provide follow-up support for clients who may face hospital admissions, coordinating seamlessly with psychiatrists and other care teams.

• Proactively identify and address behaviors that hinder recovery outcomes, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
