Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client mental health conditions, including comprehensive evaluations and formulation of clinical diagnoses to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients facing acute mental health crises, facilitating timely access to necessary resources and mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records aligned with ethical and legal standards, providing accurate treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and families on mental health issues and available community resources while advocating for their needs and promoting informed decision-making in treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and is accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
