Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s specific goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated and holistic care through integrated treatment strategies.

• Be prepared to offer crisis intervention support, employing your training and emotional acuity to assist clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
