This position is remote, enabling you to operate from your home while engaging with a diverse client base across the region. Using our telehealth platform, you will benefit from flexible scheduling, primarily operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some accommodations made to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, employing culturally sensitive approaches to understanding individual patient backgrounds and mental health experiences.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on promoting mental wellness, resilience, and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring a well-rounded approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, effectively managing urgent situations with care and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted counseling license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) for the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy in a culturally sensitive manner, with a strong commitment to inclusion and advocacy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
