Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Thrive Wellness Counseling Center, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing both addiction and any co-occurring disorders, ensuring to integrate evidence-based practices in therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) that promote engagement and positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a holistic approach toward client care, which may include regular case reviews and strategy meetings.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
