Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Deliver therapeutic services through interactive and secure virtual sessions, ensuring that each client feels comfortable and supported during their journey.

• Facilitate regular check-ins to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and help clients set, pursue, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities, adapting techniques to suit individual client preferences.

• Document client interactions and therapy outcomes in a timely and organized manner using our secure client management system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, encompassing individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to clients from different backgrounds, contributing to their overall well-being and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing a strong rapport with clients remotely.
