Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse client base, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions across different settings, including individual sessions, couples therapy, and family therapy, adapting strategies to the dynamics of the situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold full licensing as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State Board, which allows for independent practice without supervision.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting delivering therapeutic services is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
