Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive evaluations and assess the mental health needs of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.

• Continuously participate in professional developmental workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.

• Provide guidance and support to clients dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, determined by your experience and caseload availability. In addition to a robust salary, you will benefit from:
