Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interviews to determine clients’ mental health status.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their concerns effectively.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans when necessary, ensuring a tailored and responsive therapeutic approach.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for sharing and healing.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience working with a variety of mental health issues, demonstrating substantial expertise in the field.
