Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs. This includes pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize clinically-proven, evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and track progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, adapting strategies to meet client goals.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's continuous improvement and compliance efforts.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources for our clients.

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and enhance our mission within the community.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advance program visibility, secure new partnerships, and explore potential funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development, including attending conferences, representing the agency at workshops, and participating in statewide committees related to mental health.

• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions, ensuring client-centered care at every level.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operational goals and objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Must hold an independent LMHC license issued by the Arizona State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
