This position is entirely remote, bridging the gap between high-quality mental health services and clients in need by harnessing telehealth platforms. Typically, you will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced approach to work and life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients, effectively gathering data to inform their personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults from various backgrounds. Many clients may face acute emotional difficulties or chronic mental health conditions. Your role will be to guide them towards understanding their challenges and implementing strategies to improve their quality of life. The flexibility of telehealth allows you to work with clients who may have previously faced barriers to accessing mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license or certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working with individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.
