Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Foundational Healthcare Solutions, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your role is to adapt treatment approaches to accommodate varying cultural, socio-economic, and individual backgrounds, ensuring inclusive and culturally competent care. You will be instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, tailoring interventions to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
