Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Providing crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, effectively managing emergency situations while providing compassionate support.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
