Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of individuals and families with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family counseling sessions as specified in treatment plans, ensuring an effective therapeutic approach.

• Document all therapy services provided meticulously, adhering to facility and professional standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while actively participating in treatment team meetings to enhance collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
