Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
