This role will be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Diagnose a range of mental health conditions, employing therapeutic interventions designed to promote recovery and resilience.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring sessions are engaging, efficient, and constructive.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team—which may include doctors, nurses, and case managers—to enhance patient outcomes through coordinated efforts.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential clinical records, in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents across diverse backgrounds who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability, as each client may have unique needs and cultural considerations that you will need to respect and incorporate into their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
