Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver customized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients who seek strategies for stress alleviation and emotional wellbeing.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify clients' challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques that enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management.

• Facilitate virtual group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques, creating a supportive community for clients.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns while promoting clients’ holistic growth.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to integrate mindfulness practices into an overall treatment plan that supports each client’s journey.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, mindfulness interventions used, and treatment progress while ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.

• Engage regularly in personal mindfulness practice and professional development activities aimed at enhancing your expertise in MBSR and other therapeutic methodologies.

You will primarily work with adults seeking mental health support, including those facing stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to foster a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness interventions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
