Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences and needs.

• Set therapeutic goals and regularly assess client progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences or accessibility challenges, enhancing reach and client engagement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress to ensure ethical standards and compliance with best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case collaboration and to share effective strategies in treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development through trainings and workshops provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
