Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client histories, identify presenting issues, and develop customized treatment plans that effectively address their mental health needs.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultations and case reviews with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to create integrated treatment strategies.

• Remain informed on the latest research in mental health counseling and apply best practices to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse clientele and addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
