Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to collaboratively establish and achieve tailored treatment goals that foster their mental wellness.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy designed to address and mitigate clients' psychological challenges effectively.

• Develop, implement, and routinely revise individualized treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the changing needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with external treatment providers, such as psychiatrists, clinics, and community agencies, to coordinate comprehensive care for the client.

• Diligently complete and maintain documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, within designated timeframes to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Maintain an active caseload, while also participating in staff meetings aimed at enhancing therapeutic strategies and team cohesion.

• Contribute positively to our clinic's culture and environment, working proactively to inspire and support your colleagues and clients alike.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Must hold sufficient licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of California.
