Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through virtual means to understand their unique backgrounds and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients in one-on-one teletherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities to ensure effectiveness and suitability.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars, contributing to individual and organizational improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, seeking various levels of support. Your role will involve tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, advocating for their well-being and facilitating their paths toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effectively connecting with clients.

• Possess a high degree of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for building therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and previous experience. Benefits include:
