• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in assisting these individuals in improving their mental well-being and overall quality of life. Your therapeutic strategies will help empower them to manage their conditions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses, allowing you to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions against their professional license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are essential for this role.

• Strong computer literacy to effectively navigate our telehealth platform and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with solution-focused techniques and other evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings is highly valued.

• Prior engagement in remote therapy practices will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition to a generous sign-on bonus, you will benefit from weekly direct deposit for your earnings. Full-time therapists will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
