Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s specific needs and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Provide therapeutic interventions and support throughout the treatment process, adapting methods to address client progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by engaging in training and accessing the latest research relevant to mental health practices.

• Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and an understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Capacity to navigate complex situations and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to facilitate positive outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within community health settings is highly desirable, along with familiarity in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
