Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the diverse needs of clients through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Equilibrium, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health challenges. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the mental well-being of both adults and children, with a focus on personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current full licensure by the State Board to independently provide therapy without supervision (such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
