Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans for clients seeking help.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will assist primarily consist of individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, employees have access to comprehensive healthcare benefits, including dental and vision coverage. Counselors will also receive malpractice insurance and support for billing and documentation, allowing for a manageable workload. We provide numerous client referrals to help caseload development.
