Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients with a range of mental health concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, couple, and family therapy utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Implement and continuously evaluate treatment strategies to ensure that they align with client progress and evolving therapeutic needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans using our health information systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational protocols.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and ensure holistic approaches to patient wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients feel supported during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on delivering mental health services to individuals and families who have limited access to traditional care opportunities. Our clients may present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. Your expertise will be crucial in providing them with the tools and techniques necessary for successful emotional management and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
