Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both the psychological and social factors affecting clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
