Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on thorough evaluations and individual client needs.

• Conduct various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Participate in collaborative case discussions with a diverse team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, many of whom have limited access to care. The LPC will work with a diverse population that may include those dealing with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

EcoHealth offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
