Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the unique needs of each client.

• Create and implement individualized therapy strategies that address the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base may encompass individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, often facing limited access to mental health care. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational challenges, thereby making a significant impact on their overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
