This role is designed to be remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while connecting virtually with our outpatient office team. Our Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM allows for a balance between professional commitments and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed assessments for new and existing patients, identifying their individual trauma history, current needs, and available treatment options.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, using resilience-building strategies tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), effectively addressing symptoms and facilitating emotional healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through processing their trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and implementing strategies for emotional resilience.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, integrating various treatment modalities to address both psychological and emotional needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support during acute trauma-related scenarios, creating a stabilizing presence for individuals in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, practical coping strategies, and relevant community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals who have experienced varying forms of trauma, including but not limited to survivors of abuse, neglect, and significant life events. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is required for this position.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, specifically in a clinical setting focusing on trauma-related issues.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders, along with familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
