This position is designed for a remote work setting, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our team. Although you will primarily work from home, interactions with colleagues and clients are facilitated through telehealth platforms and digital communication tools. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' individual histories and trauma exposure, ensuring an appropriate treatment strategy is established.

• Develop, implement, and adapt personalized treatment plans that are centered on trauma recovery and the individual goals of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing processes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, supporting patients as they explore their trauma experiences, build coping mechanisms, and encourage collaborative peer support environments.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, actively participating in solution-focused discussions and immediate therapeutic responses.

• Educate patients and their families about various trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources to foster a supportive network for recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities, sharing insights and best practices focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
