Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the history of trauma in patients and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and continually refine individualized treatment plans that focus on recovery and the enhancement of resilience.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring each patient receives tailored care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop essential coping mechanisms, and support their healing journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to guarantee coherent and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, adapting your approach based on the individual's needs.

• Educate patients and families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources, fostering understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, regularly updating treatment notes and patient progress reports.

Qualifications\n
