Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to diverse client groups.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage participation and connection among individuals.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon.
