Key Responsibilities\nAs a mental health counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

The primary focus of our counselors is to work with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma history, and relationship issues. Qualifications\nTo succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. \n
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. \n
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions. \n
- Show strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setup. \n
While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:
