Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with clients through video calls, creating a safe and supportive virtual environment for mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice independently in Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sympathetic and empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in digital technology and remote counseling platforms to facilitate effective sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have extensive familiarity with remote counseling environments, experience working with diverse populations, or specific training in solution-focused therapy approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Inspire and Empower Counseling Center, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and weekly direct deposit for timely remuneration. Additional benefits include:
