Work Environment\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will operate in a 100% telehealth setting, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle and fosters a healthy work-life balance. Our core hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with the flexibility to engage clients while ensuring a manageable workload without the demands of on-call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms with individual adult clients.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow counselors and psychiatric providers to develop and support comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures automatically administered through our systems to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in supportive team consultations and discussions for enhancing client care and your professional practice.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records compliant with HIPAA regulations and our internal documentation protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with a diverse adult demographic, including individuals navigating various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
