Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans collaborating with them throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor- Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic affinity with clients across various backgrounds.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and deep understanding of clients' experiences to effectively address their unique challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling sessions and maintaining documentation, effectively in a remote setting.

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, contingent on your caseload and performance.
