Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, using validated diagnostic tools and structured interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring they are aligned with best practice methodologies.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring and adjusting these objectives as progress is made throughout treatment.

• Offer teletherapy services to increase accessibility for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face geographical barriers, thereby broadening the reach of support provided.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering strictly to state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to continuously refine your clinical abilities.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in your respective state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
