Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Frontier Counseling Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans aligned with client needs, including pre-crisis strategies and crisis intervention protocols.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with regulatory standards in a timely manner to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as directed by our clinical team to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans suited to each client’s unique challenges.

• Participating in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest professional standards.
\n
• Acting as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to advocate for and support client needs.
\n
• Establishing effective communication channels with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community outreach.

• Identifying and pursuing growth and partnership opportunities with local, state, and private organizations to further enhance service availability.

• Engaging in professional development such as attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings to expand your expertise and representation of Frontier Counseling Services.

• Contributing to maintaining the organization’s philosophy and values in all professional activities.

• Completing other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
