Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, using standardized diagnostic tools and client interviews.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and progress of each client, ensuring therapeutic methodologies are evidence-based.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, which may include individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
