Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and comfort while you provide care to clients. Our outpatient office structure supports a streamlined workflow where scheduling, billing, and administrative responsibilities are effectively managed by our team. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent and predictable schedule conducive to both professional and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will work with consists primarily of low-acuity individuals seeking support for a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. The population is diverse, representing various backgrounds and experiences, and requires a tailored therapeutic approach that respects their unique cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A valid Tennessee state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a relevant setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with extensive backgrounds in remote therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or trauma-informed care are preferred. Familiarity with digital therapeutics and telehealth systems will be beneficial in this position.
