Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand the diverse needs of your clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans complete with measurable goals, tailored to meet the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, to coordinate care and address the holistic needs of your clients.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, peer consultation groups, and professional development workshops to keep your skills sharp and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Our focus on a lifespan approach means you will have the opportunity to serve clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally responsive care that acknowledges the unique experiences of each individual and family.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• An active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings.
\n
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans, conducting thorough assessments, and diagnosing in accordance with DSM-5 criteria.

• Experience and comfort with EHR systems for effective documentation and client management.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with diverse therapy modalities and tools that address a variety of mental health issues.

• Knowledge of community resources and mental health services in Tennessee.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, generous paid time off (PTO), continuing education unit (CEU) support, and reimbursement for license renewal fees. Additionally, your compensation will be complemented by performance incentives and productivity bonuses, rewarding you for your dedication to client care.
