Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to formulate clinical diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective responses to urgent needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and other health care professionals, to ensure integrated, holistic care.

• Advocate for clients, guiding them and their families regarding mental health issues, therapeutic options, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
